Plywood is produced with veneers which are supplied by
cutting polar wood at rotary. Then, these veneers are put
one piece length-wise and width-wise; and the number of
layers is at least three. Plywood can be veneered with
hard-wood veneers, phenolic film, plastic laminate, finish
foil, fiber, added resin, paint or polish.
Plywood is made of at least 3 wood layers. While producing
plywood, one dry layer and then one glued layer is used.
This half product is first pressed in cold press; then put
into hot press. After this process, the product gets ready.
Finally, the edges of this product is cut at appropriate
dimensions and final product is achieved. While 4,6,8 mm
plywoods are produced only in length-wise,
10,12,14,15,18,20,22,24,30 mm plywoods are produced both
length-wise and width-wise.
